I know what it's like to feel stuck.

I can help.

For as long as I could remember, I felt that way too. I couldn't shake this feeling that there had to be a better way, but I couldn't figure out how to get "unstuck". One day, I had the courage to ask for help, and my experiences since that day have led me to this moment.

Now I help guide people like you, as you navigate through unconscious and conscious behaviours and beliefs, towards creating new embodied patterns that will empower you to live a more authentic life.

The path towards change is your journey, but you don't have to take it alone.

My hope is to help you find more authenticity in your everyday life, by using a compassionate, body-mind approach to help you reconnect with who you are meant to be. Our sessions focus on your present self, on how you feel in the here-and-now. Combined with therapies such as the neuroaffective relational model (NARM) or somatic experiencing, we work together to challenge your beliefs, get curious, and promote emotional growth.
